Yoga Sisterhood
is a place for women to gather and honor the mind-body connection through yoga, circle gatherings and education. It is a space where we can attune to our cyclical nature, explore release through somatic movement, or simply surrender into a Red Tent Savasana class—allowing ourselves to rest and just be.
In a culture that often disconnects us from our own needs, Yoga Sisterhood offers a radical invitation:
to reclaim the clarity and connection we deserve. Here, we practice together what so many of us long for individually—community, support, and a space to feel our bodies.
Many of us yearn for a village but don’t know how to be a villager.
Yoga Sisterhood is a place to learn that art—to nurture one another, to flow with the rhythms of our own bodies, and to reclaim the womb wisdom that guides our lives.

Hi, I’m Toni
mother, teacher, doula, rebel
I created Yoga Sisterhood - a home devoted to women reconnecting with their bodies and inner knowing from puberty through menopause.
My first doula experience was when I was 11 years old. This experience allowed me the opportunity to support my Mother as she birthed my sister.
It was a transformative moment for me that opened a door into the wisdom and power of birth
Then when I was 28, I became a Mother.
Becoming a Mother cracked me open and activated the biggest, deepest inner work. I had yoga and meditation, but I didn’t have the framework I needed to orient myself on my personal motherhood journey. I wanted to be everything to my children and more. I wanted to be authentic and true to myself, but I was feeling lost and depleted. Over-giving, overthinking, without a compass.
After 5 years of being a Doula, teaching yoga and leading mother circles, I found MotherCircle which was led by Kimberly Ann Johnson, author of The Fourth Trimester, and a huge shift happened. I trained under Kimberly and Jessica Connolly, became a certified MotherCircle Facilitator and have traveled from Rochester to Ithaca teaching this 8-week curriculum.
Since then, I have worked with a variety of beautiful women and families preparing the mind/body connection for the birth portal and beyond. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with a specialized certification in Prenatal Yoga. I am certified through The Matrona as a Holistic Doula and devote my heart to birth and postpartum support. I gave birth to my three children in my home in Geneva, NY where my heart continues to grow everyday being a Mother.
