What role do the emotions play in TCM (fear, anger, grief) and how do they impact the various organ systems?
What emotions balance the negative? How do we achieve this?

Toni will lead a yoga practice focusing on building strong roots from the feet up through the entire body,
using grounding poses leading into standing poses, building strength in the sacred architecture of our root support system.
On the emotional/energetic level, we root down in calm stability (regulating the nervous system)
while reaching for your truest hopes, dreams and inspired action, getting you closer to your big picture vision.

We settle into a 25 minute Savasana as you receive an acupuncture treatment from Sarah with some guided meditation from Toni

Class ends and we welcome anyone who wants to join us for a short walk outside to the lakeside of the lawn
Suggested investment: $75
$25 of each ticket will be donated to a Geneva food-based organization. 10% will be donated to Temple Beth-El for use of space
Supplies provided for the class: tennis balls, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, tea and tea bags
What to bring: extra props, your own mug, journal & pen, cozy socks, layers and shoes for walk if desired
